Lisa uses GYMcatch to book classes. Guidelines on how to use GYMcatch and FAQ's are available.


Lisa teaches 13 face-to-face classes each week, including MELT and movement classes, a MELT Progression class and a class for seniors. She also teaches three online classes each week, including a Saturday morning strength class.
Classes are available at Lisa’s private studio in Wokingham, Berkshire and at The Pavilion at Crowthorne Tennis Club, Nine Mile Ride, RG40 3XA. Online classes are also available for clients who prefer to join from home.
New clients usually begin with Beginner classes taught by Jo or Matt. These sessions give clients time to learn the foundations, understand the MELT techniques and build confidence before progressing into other classes.
For clients with medical conditions, joint issues, ongoing pain or those who would benefit from more individual support, an introductory 1-2-1 session with Lisa is recommended before joining a class.
Lisa continues to work closely with clients in rehabilitation and with those who need more guidance. Many are referred by chiropractors and physiotherapists and Lisa is always happy to liaise with other health professionals where helpful.
As the team continues to grow and MELT becomes more well-known in the area, Lisa is excited to support even more people to move well, feel better and stay active for many years to come.
