These Face to Face classes will be at St Sebastian's hall on Nine Mile Ride, every Wednesday and Thursday during term time at 9.30am - 10.30am. If you join these face-to-face classes, you will also get access to the Pilates video library. The MELTing into Pilates classes will be a combination of two fantastic techniques, MELT and Pilates. Lisa will still be teaching Pilates, but you will feel even more of the benefit from the classes by adding in the MELT techniques.  Lisa will provide the MELT equipment, so all you need is your own mat.  Please note, that if you are new to Pilates, you will need to book a 1-2-1 in Lisa's studio in Wokingham prior to joining the classes.

This package allows you to attend face to face sessions at St Sebastians Church Hall for 7 weeks from the 5th September - 22nd October and access to the Pilates video library.
