Face to Face MELT Classes
Lisa’s MELT classes are for anyone who wants a strong flexible body.
Each week, Lisa will teach a series of MELT moves which will improve client’s flexibility, mobility and posture. MELT also improves sleep and digestion, range of motion and after every session, clients will leave the class with a sense of reconnection and release to their body and feeling rebalanced. Using specialised MELT equipment which Lisa provides, MELT rehydrates the connective tissue, rebalances the nervous system and restores spaces to compressed joints and potentially providing an alternative to pain medication.
Over time MELT heightens your body’s ability to repair and heal itself, which can create remarkable, lasting changes. MELT is suitable for anyone, if you are pregnant, injured, post-surgery, have limited mobility, chronic pain, hip or knee replacements – you can still MELT. It is the best starting point for any exercise programme.
Lisa runs daytime classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 9.30am and 10.45am.
- The 9.30am class is suitable for those who are either new to MELT or have only been doing MELT for a short time.
- The 10.45am class is for clients who have been doing MELT for over 6 months and feel confident with the MELT moves.
- Lisa also runs a Wednesday evening class at 7pm which is a mixed ability MELT class.
All clients who join these classes have access to the MELT recordings which are available for 30 days, as well as access to Lisa’s online Cardio, Strength and Conditioning classes and Lisa’s video library.
Lisa runs monthly MELT workshops on a Saturday at 11.30am in her studio in Wokingham for 90 minutes for a maximum of 6 people. The cost of each workshop is £30.00 per person and can be booked through GYMcatch.
These workshops give clients the opportunity to go over any moves clients are struggling with and for Lisa to teach the neurostrength moves which are taught in the face to face and online classes. It is recommended that clients who are local and join the MELT online classes attend a workshop.
These workshops will give me the opportunity to check your form and to help you understand some of the more complex moves I am now teaching. I would like to ask all of my clients who are online to either come to a workshop, face to face class or have a 1-2-1 with me at least once a year and if possible every 6 months. For those of you who live too far away to join a face to face class, I am happy to do an online 1-2-1.
Terms and Conditions:
- All classes must be booked and paid for in advance online.
- Class sessions are valid for the dates stated at time of purchase.
- We encourage all clients to cancel their space on GYMcatch if circumstances change and they are unable to attend.
All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable within a six week period.
If you are unable to attend in person at the last minute and have paid for the class, you will still receive the class recording which is valid for 14 days.
Refunds or Exchanges are not given for any classes cancelled less than 6 weeks from the date booked
A minimum of a six weeks notice is required for any refund or exchange of classes booked and are at Lisa Hill Balanced Fitness discretion.
